Mill operator founded Allen Farm in early 1900s named Heritage Farm

Founded nearly 125 years ago, the current Allen Farm has a rich history of family support. The farm is one of the latest identified as a Sequatchie County Heritage Farm, due to meeting standards including over 100 years in operation.

Family members explained the farm land, off East Valley Road, was purchased by Alexander L. Mansfield in October, 1902.
