Drawing a standing ovation at the conclusion of their third show in three nights, the cast of the Sequatchie Cancer Support Network’s Hee-Haw benefit raised over $45,000 for local cancer patients. Three performances were held from July 9-11 at Sequatchie County High School and a silent auction was also held. The performances are based on the classic Hee-Haw country music comedy and variety show which was broadcast for decades on television, with repeats still airing and remaining popular.
