Larry Smith

Larry D. Smith, 72, of Orlando, Florida, formerly of Dunlap, passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2013. He was a member of Dunlap First Baptist Church.

His son, W. Lynn Smith; father, Ben W. “Bill” Smith; brother, Jack Benny Smith; sisters, DiAnne Smith and Sue Smith Murphy, preceded him in death.

He is survived by sons, Lamar (Wendy) Smith of Clarksville and Billy Ray Smith; mother, Pauline Smith; sister, Joan (Glyn) Wilson; children’s mother, Judy Lockmyer; nephew, Brandon (Heather) Wilson; niece, Marsha Smith; brother-in-law, Calvin J. Murphy; sister-in-law, Jane Smith; grandnephew, William Wilson; grandnieces, Meredith and Claire Wilson; and several cousins.

Funeral services were held Thursday, August 8 in the funeral home chapel with pastor Jeremy Byrd officiating. Burial was in Walling Cemetery.
