Turning 100 and staying active

Staying active at age 99, Sequatchie Valley native Sara Alice Agee Goins is ready to enjoy her 100th birthday with family. A former Sequatchie County Clerk and Master, Goins has visited every state and multiple countries, but says the Sequatchie Valley will always hold a special place in her heart.
Goins was born June 21, 1924 in Gallatin in Sumner County, near Nashville. Her parents, Fred Oscar Agee and Mamie (Clark) Agee, were both Bledsoe County natives.
