Generations built, maintain Bryant-Reese Farm

Founded nearly 200 years ago, before Sequatchie County was even established, the Bryant-Reese Farm in the Daus community remains an example of generations of hard work and dedication. Family members received recognition as part of the county’s Heritage Farm Program recently, with a number of relatives present.

The Bryant-Reese Farm was founded in 1828 and is owned by the children of Edith and Woodrow Wilson Reese. The farm was originally part of Marion County.
