Danny Ray Harris

Danny Ray Harris, 67, of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, passed away Friday, June 26, 2026 at his residence after a lingering illness.

Danny was self employed as a roofer and previously employed by Mann Hummel. He had a heart of gold and served as a caregiver to many individuals prior to his illness. He had a great sense of humor, loved Superman and Mighty Mouse and was always willing to lend a helping hand. “BAMF”

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin Chamber and Lila Florence Harris; and brothers, Calvin Chambers and James Nolan.

He is survived by his sister, Elaine Shand of Soddy Daisy; his loving companion of 17 years, Cindy Lou Corder; niece, Rachelle (Steven) Doffin; great niece, Calina Killey; along with extensive family members in North Carolina.

No service will be held as it was Danny’s wish to be cremated.
