Rain to roses, Willis plays in Rose Bowl Parade

The rain showers did not stop hundreds of thousands of spectators from lining the Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena, California who came to watch the annual Rose Parade on January 1. The event has been held nearly every year since 1890.
