Cyclists will test their endurance over a 24-hour event beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 13. Most of the route is on East Valley Road in Sequatchie and Bledsoe counties. Riders will have lights and reflective tape during the night run with a support vehicle also monitoring the route.
Motorists are encouraged to watch for cyclists at different times of the day and give riders plenty of room. The event is scheduled to end at 7:00 a.m. Sunday morning. For more information, visit the website cyclesequatchie.com/ultra.
