Sequatchie Valley National Scenic Byway wins national award

On Friday, April 4, it was announced the Sequatchie Valley National Scenic Byway received the 2025 National Scenic Byway Association’s Byway Communications Award. Janis Kyser, director of the Sequatchie County-Dunlap Chamber of Commerce and THRIVE Sequatchie, along with Ahley Davis, accepted the award via zoom meeting. The award recognizes the work being done to drive people to view the Sequatchie Valley National Scenic Byway website and other areas associated with the byway, thus driving them to travel the Sequatchie Valley National Scenic Byway.
