Higdon is Jail Administrator of the Year

Sequatchie County Justice Center Jail Administrator Justin Higdon, an employee of the local Sheriff’s Department since 2009, earned an award as 2023 Division II Jail Administrator of the Year last week. Awards were given during a ceremony at the Tennessee Corrections Institute (TCI) annual conference in Gatlinburg on September 26.
