Parade is back on traditional route
On Saturday, July 3, the streets of Dunlap are expected to be lined with those celebrating Independence Day with a parade, food, games, music and fireworks. The event date was moved due to July 4th being on Sunday this year. The Sequatchie County Independence Day parade is going back to its traditional route starting at the county’s fair building, former Sequatchie County Middle School, and traveling along Rankin Avenue, then Cherry Street.
