Space Camp inspires Carbaugh
Nearly a decade ago, student Landry Carbaugh had her first visit to the Marshall Space and Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. That summer field trip sparked an interest in astronomy, technology, and space travel, said Landry, who now has a goal of becoming a mission control flight director with NASA. She recently attended Advanced Space Academy at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center.
