Red Sand Project draws line on human trafficking
The Sequatchie County Health Department hosted a special human trafficking awareness event on Thursday, July 30. The Red Sand Project was created in 2014 to call attention to those who “fall through the cracks,” with red sand placed on sidewalks.
Red Sand Project events have been conducted in all 50 states and in 70 countries, with more than a million participants.
