Shots fired, suspect wrecks, flees on foot, apprehended

A brief police pursuit was brought to an end after officers were forced to fire shots at a vehicle’s tire then forcefully take a suspect into custody. Arrested on Thursday, March 22, was Jeremie Lynn Phillips.
