Morgan Rose Nichole Davis, 26, passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a family and community who loved her beyond words.
Born on November 5, 1999, Morgan’s life was far too short, but the love she gave will continue to live on through those who knew her. Above all else, Morgan was a devoted mother. Her two sons, Braxton and Waylon, were the greatest blessings of her life and the center of her world. She loved them with every part of her heart and found her greatest purpose in being their mom.
Morgan is survived by her loving husband, Seth Morrison; her cherished sons, Braxton and Waylon; her mother, Robin Davis; her sister, Shellbie (Bryan) Phillips; her brother, Kalub Davis ; her grandmother, Roxie Morgan; her aunts, Holly (Calvin) Bowman and April (Billy) Walker; her cousins, Angel (Riley) Sebastian and Alexander Herron, Colt Walker, Anna, Glen and Letty Bowman; niece, Octavia Phillips; and many other beloved family members and friends whose lives she touched.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronnie Davis; her grandfather, George Lockhart; her grandfather, Johnny Morgan; her grandmother, Rosie Griffith; and two brothers who passed before her.
Morgan will be remembered for her love, her strength, her kindness, and the joy she brought to those around her. Her absence leaves an immeasurable void, but the memories she created and the love she shared will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has offered prayers, kindness, and support during this unimaginable time. As they continue to grieve, they ask that Morgan be remembered for the love she gave, the lives she touched, and the beautiful mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend she will always be.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 18, at 5:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Casey Griffith officiating. Family will receive friends from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m.
