Maryanne Minton Land of Dunlap, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2026.

Maryanne was a saved and baptized member of Hwy 28 Church of God. She enjoyed playing with her dogs, going shopping with Cheryl Barfield, riding 4-wheelers and swimming.

She was preceded in death by her parents J.L. and Edith Minton; brothers Winford Finch and Tim Green; and beloved son Jesse Land.

She is survived by her siblings Janie Scissom and Ronnie Finch; niece Tammy Floyd; nephew Eddie Rollins; roommates, Tyler Hensley, Jereme Davis, Dale (Sherry) Slaughter; and her dogs, Little Man, Rowdy, Angel, and Peanut.

A memorial service for Ms. Maryanne Land will be held Saturday, March 7, at 1:00 p.m. at Hwy 28 Church of God. With a meal to follow.
