Lillie Hartman

Lillie Hartman, 81, of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, passed away Monday, September 1, 2025.

Lillie was born on April 25, 1944 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Pamler and Louise Whitmire Grayson. She retired from the Sequatchie County School system where she was a cook for many years at Lone Oak Elementary on Signal Mountain, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents, Lillie was also preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Hartman; a son, Howie Hartman; and a sister, Jeanette Fussell.

Surviving are her daughters; Donna Hall (Mike), Lisa Winton (Steve) and Mechelle Hartman; grandchildren, Gage Winton (Mary LeeAnna), Alyssa Winton, Summer Nicholson (Justin), and Lauren Hartman (Justin); great-grandchildren, Olivia Winton and Kai Hartman Pasual; niece, Tammy Gray (David); great niece and nephew, Derrick Cox (Casey) and Jennifer Cox.

Funeral services were held Friday, September 5 in Coulter Chapel with Justin Nicholson officiating. Entombment followed in the Chattanooga Memorial Park.
