Shirley Hillis Minton
Shirley Hillis Minton, 82, of Dunlap, Tennessee passed away Sunday, August 17, 2025 at NHC Sequatchie. She attended Bethlehem church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, B.B. and Anna Lou Stinnett Hillis; husband, Thomas Jerry Minton; children, Mary Darlene Minton, Sherry Dorlene Minton and Terry Justine (Billy) Minton Seals; siblings, Erna Faye Hillis, R.T. Hillis, J.D. Hillis and Jerold K. Hillis.
She is survived by her daughter, Sheryl (Terry) Billingsley of Dunlap; sisters, Dianna Grissom of Rock Island and Carol Ann (Ronnie) Martin of Rocky River; grandchildren, Joshua (Leann) Seals and Chad (Brittany) Billingsley; great grandchildren, Ethan and Erin Seals, Kiley and Kaiden Billingsley along with several nieces, nephews and other extended family members.
Graveside services were held on Tuesday, August 19, at 11:00 a.m. at McGlothen Cemetery with Bro. Darrell Nance officiating. No visitation was held at the funeral home.
