Marylyn Sue Dalton Miller

Marylyn Sue Dalton Miller, 86, of Dunlap, Tennessee went to be with Jesus on Friday, May 2, 2025.

Marylyn lived in Dunlap for 36 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Dunlap where she taught Sunday School and played the organ for many years. She spent 30 years working as an auditor for the IRS, and in her spare time she loved to garden and sew. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Marylyn was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel H. Miller; her parents, J.E. and Ruth Dalton; her sister, Rachel Langenback; sister-in-law, Ginger Dalton; her brother, DeWitt Dalton; and son-in-law, Ken Ducker.

Marylyn is survived by her three daughters, Michele (Mark) Haley, Rae Diane Barnes, and Kay Janine Ducker; grandchildren, Brooke (Wes) Spurling, April (Jason) Hall, Chris Barnes, Samuel Barnes, Anthony (Angel) Meldorf, Courtney (Josh) Williams, J.J. (Tyler) Roberson, Freia Stephens, and Tristan Miller; 12 great-grandchildren; siblings, Aubrey Dalton and Marty (Dennis) Danilchuk; as well as several nieces.

A memorial service for Mrs. Marylyn Miller will be held Saturday, May 17 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist

Church of Dunlap.
