Benjamin “Ben” Thomas Harwood

Benjamin “Ben” Thomas Harwood, 61, of Pikeville, Tennessee passed away at his home surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

Ben was a loving husband, father, Pa and friend. He was a member of The Grove Church, Dayton, Tennessee. Ben was a man of many trades, one he enjoyed the most was cattle farming.

Ben was preceded in death by his parents William (Bill) and Helen Harwood; siblings Debbie Rains and Shelia Roe.

Ben is survived by his wife of 40 years, Joyce Harwood; daughters Heather (Roxanne) Roberson and Amber (Chris) Patton; son Nathanael (Lauren) Harwood; sisters Carol Rains and Linda (Benny) McCoy; brother John Harwood; grandchildren Hunter Madewell, Hayden Madewell, Hailee (Austin) White, Jace (Abby Neal) Patton, Cole (Mariah) Patton, Mason Bilbrey, Max Bilbrey, Logan Mooneyham, River Mooneyham, Zane Harwood and Maverick Harwood; great-grandchildren Rhett Patton and Harper Patton; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and friends; family friends Lori (Keith) Smith, Alex Smith, Bob Wilson and Tim (Trouble) Angel

Ben’s request was to have no visitation.

Celebration of Life will be at later date.
