Veterans Day Parade rolls through town

The 2024 Veterans Day Parade was held Monday, November 11, from the Sequatchie County Courthouse to the Veterans Memorial Park, adjacent to county schools on Highway 28. Participating were Veterans, the Trail Life group, the Sequatchie County Band, Corvette drivers, and the Dunlap Fire Department which draped the large U.S. Flag over Rankin Avenue.

After the parade, Veterans Day continued at the park. Other events were held at Sequatchie County High School and Sequatchie County Middle School November 8 (see related articles in the November 14 issue of The Dunlap Tribune).
