Fraulena “Pi” Crowe Hargiss
Fraulena “Pi” Crowe Hargiss, 97, of Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Daisy on December 25, 1926 to the late George Thomas and Fraulena Crowe.
She was the twin sister of the late Ann Johnson and the sister of the late Gladys Frederick, Dorothy Frederick, Thedosha Shannon, Ruby Crowe, Mary Ellen Beningfield, Hoyt Crowe and Harrel Crowe. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Hargiss; grandson, Christopher Dodson; and her grandparents who raised her, Bill and Hattie Belle Worley.
She is survived by her children, Carol Glover, Cheryl Hargiss and Pamela Smith; grandchildren, Brian Glover, Jackie Dodson, Emily Smith, Jon Patrick Dodson and Ben Smith; along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held Saturday, August 10 at Hot Water Cemetery with Bro. Lanny Tate officiating.
