Ruth Ann Mosley King

Ruth Ann Mosley King, 96, of Michigan, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2023.

Ruth was a proud wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a dedicated Sunday School teacher, a talented cook, enjoyed volunteering for various charities, a lifelong member of the church of Christ, and a prayer warrior.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Luther B. King; daughter, Pamela Ruth King; parents, James Claude Mosley, Sr. and Carrie Corzine Mosley; brothers, James Claude Mosley, Jr., Thomas David Mosley, Daniel O. Mosley and Jackie Allen Mosley; and sisters, Janie Hollis and Eunice Loyd Phelps.

She is survived by her children, Marvin, Scott and Melodie King, all of Michigan; sisters, Sara Moore of Chattanooga, Claudia Hill of Nashville and Mary Lee Phipps of Dunlap; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.

All services were held in Michigan.
