Donna Jean Lanigan

Donna Jean Lanigan, 53, of Crossville, Tennessee passed away at her home on Sunday, April 21, 2024.

Donna was a very outgoing person who made friends easily wherever she would go. She was kind and loving, which eventually led her to work as a CNA for several years. Donna had a fondness for her patients. She also worked in sewing factories and at La-Z-Boy for several years. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Greer Eugene Bice.

She is survived by her two sons, Derek Jones of Pikeville and Jerry Lanigan of Crossville; her partner of 15 years, Patrick Sprague of Crossville; mother, Mildred Bice; sister, Meredith (Kenneth) Bowling; and brother, Michael (Kathy) Bice, all of Pikeville; two half-brothers, Shawn and Shane Bice; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held Saturday, May 4 at Summer City Church of God with Bro. Kenneth Bowling officiating.
