Angela Rena Gholston Guy

Angela Rena Gholston Guy, 56, of Dunlap, passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021.

She was a loving daughter, mother and Nana. She loved to travel, loved to play Solitaire and computer games. She loved to argue with her son-in-law, Randy Phillips, and always loved to boss Bobby around.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Ray Gholston; sister, Valerie Morgan Farmer; step-father, John Morgan; and step-mother, Margie Gholston.

She is survived by her boyfriend, Bobby Myers; mother, Betty Dennis Morgan; children, Greg (Jodie) Sims, Tiffany (Randy) Phillips, LeBron (Danielle) Hobbs, and Matthew (Kristen) Hobbs; siblings, Donald (Valerie) Gholston, Cynthia (Steve) Hicks, Mary Ann Morgan, Roy Morgan, Skeeter Gholston, Michael (Lea) Gholston, Johnny (Angie) Morgan, Cindy Kilgore and Larry (Judy) Kilgore; grandchildren, Kristen Sims, Stephen Sims, Kaylea Sims, Jocelyn Cook, Alina Sims, Bella Phillips, Brix Phillips, Brooklynne Hobbs, Randalynne Hobbs, Brayden Hobbs, and Baby Hobbs due in December; great-grandson, Thomas Luke Martin; along with several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held Thursday, May 13 at John M. Hixson Cemetery with Bro. James Dunn officiating.
