City to borrow up to $3M for projects

Borrowing up to $3 million in bonds to fund various projects was approved by Dunlap City Commissioners on March 21. Funds will be used for long-discussed work on Harris Park and the continuation of a walking track south to Sequatchie County Schools, fire engines and possible expansion of the Dunlap Police Department.
