Newsome is SCMS Homecoming Queen

Sequatchie County Middle School eighth grader Mallory Newsome was crowned homecoming queen during halftime of the Braves’ football game September 6. She was escorted by Jake Miller. Princesses were crowned from the school’s other grades. The game and ceremonies concluded a week of activities including themed dress-up days and class competitions.
