Lem Cagle

Lemuel Louis Cagle, 84, of Dunlap, passed away Friday, March 17, 2017.

Lem served his country in the Korean war. He was of the Baptist faith. Lem loved to hunt and fish.

He was preceded in death by wife, Lucille Rogers Cagle; parents, Baxter and Louise Allison Cagle; daughter, Carol Higdon; two brothers, Chuck and Tommy Cagle; grandson, Willie Higdon and great grandson, Logan Thornton.

Survivors include a son, Lemuel (Carron) Cagle, Jr. of Priceville, Alabama.; daughter, Alice Cagle Sanders of Dunlap; grandchildren, Julie (Chris) Thornton, April Vineyard, Shanna (Jason) Ceraolo, B J Sanders;  five great-grandchildren and one great- great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held Monday, March 20 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Donnie Lawson officiating. Burial was in Dodson Cemetery.
