Roma Dolores Tate Slack, age 76, of Dunlap, passed away Friday, September 16, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Felton and Mary Hendrix Tate; husband, James Slack; son, James Slack; seven siblings, Shirley, James, Norman, Glenn, Jackie, Donnie and Mable Joyce.
Survivors include her son, Raymond and Diane Slack of Fort Worth, TX; two grandchildren, Mark and Alex Slack; brother, Johnny Tate of Whitwell; sister, Loretta Brown of Chattanooga; special friend, Buford Bradford; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be Thursday, September 22 at 11:00 at Cookston Cemetery.
