Bert Phillips
Bert Ronald “Ronnie” Phillips, 77, of Dunlap died in a Chattanooga hospital on Monday, May 19, 2014. He was in the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Gladys Laymon Davis; step-father, Abrrail Davis; two sons, Reese Phillips and Keith Phillips; and grandson, Bert Phillips.
Survivors include his wife, Kathleen Tabors Phillips of Dunlap; daughter, Pam (Junior) Brannon of Dunlap; grandchildren, Logan Phillips, Angie Girdley and Crystal (Aaron) Hughes; great-grandchildren, Chase and Jadeyn Girdley, Caden and Seth Layne and Laney Hughes; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held Tuesday, May 20 at Cookston Cemetery with Bro. Brandon Gates officiating.
