Mary Louise Turner Humble, 89, of Dunlap died at her home on Monday, February 11, 2013. She was a member of Daus Church of Christ for over 50 years and was retired from C&D Technologies.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Eugene Humble; parents, Baxter and Ellen Levan Turner; son, Phillip Eugene Humble; grandson, Jimmy Humble Jr.; brothers, Doris, Mack, Otis and Owen Turner; and sisters, Evelyn Baldwin, Lala Douglas and Loraine Turner.
She is survived by two sons, Jimmy (Lynn) Humble of Ooltewah and Marty (Joyce) Humble of Dunlap; daughter, Phyllis McGlothen of Dunlap; brother, Jack Turner of Whitwell; two grandchildren, Barry (Kim) McGlothen and Cristy Lee; five great-grandchildren, Ashley Reynolds, Whitney Simmons, Cassy Lee, Megan and Matthew McGlothen; three great-great-grandchildren, Tre and Braxton Reynolds and Layla Simmons; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, February 13 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Larry Kirby and Bro. David Brady officiating. Burial was in Collier Cemetery.
