Laura Dee Glover Fields, 87, of Dunlap passed away Friday, February 10, 2012 in a Chattanooga senior living facility.
She was a member of Dunlap First Baptist Church and was honored to have worked as a nurse for over 50 years, serving in private, public and home health nursing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joshua and Margaret Boston Glover; son, Samuel Fields and her brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her sons, John (Cindy) Fields of Mechanicsville, Maryland and Jim (Pam) Fields of Signal Mountain; daughter-in-law, Pam Fields of Tyler Texas; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 18 at Collier Cemetery with Dr. Fred Steelman officiating. The procession to the cemetery will leave the funeral home at approximately 1:30 p.m.
