Low Income Home Energy Assistance applications

The Southeast Tennessee Human Resource Agency (SETHRA) will begin accepting applications for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) on July 5. The program year begins on July 1, 2017 and will end June 30, 2018. Anyone who wants to apply for the program may do so by calling the SETHRA office at 949-2191 to schedule an appointment.
