Griffith holding arts festival

The annual arts festival at Griffith Elementary School will be held Thursday, May 11 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. All students will have art displayed in the school hallways. Selected art from each class, kindergarten through fourth grade, will be on display in the school’s former gym. Musical performances in the old gym will be kindergarten and first grade at 4:00 p.m., second and third grade at 4:30 p.m. and a select fourth grade recorder group at 5:00 p.m. The 21st CCLC afterschool program will also have art on display in the gym.
