Applications accepted for LIHEAP

The Southeast Tennessee Human Resource Agency (SETHRA) is accepting applications for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). The program year begins on October 1, 2019 and will end September 30, 2020. To apply for the program, call the SETHRA office at 949-2191 to schedule an appointment.
