    CHI Memorial’s mobile health coach will provide mammography screenings at Healthforce Primary Care Clinic in Dunlap on Wednesday, January 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Those with insurance should bring their insurance card and a photo ID, such as a driver’s license for their insurance to be filed. Anyone not having insurance may qualify for financial assistance. If an abnormality is discovered, the diagnostic work-up is covered and a financial plan is provided for any follow-up care.     The Sequatchie County Youth Association will be conducting baseball, softball, and teeball signups on Saturday, January 19, 26 and February 2 at the high school in the commons area. Also, new this year, players can register and pay online at sequatchiecoyouth.org until February 18 at 5:00 p.m. Fees are the same as last year – baseball and softball are $75 for the first child, with a discount for additional child in same immediate family. Any woman in Sequatchie County or nearby surrounding area who is a U.S. citizen and has a high school diploma or equivalent wishing to further her education is eligible to apply.
