Doors open at 11:00 a.m., followed by gather and sign-in at 11:30, lunch at noon, and visitation from 12:45 to 2:00 p.m. Clean-up will be from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Families with last names ending in A-G are to bring a meat and drink for their families plus a fruit or salad dish; H-O can bring meat and drink plus appetizer or vegetable dish; P-Z can bring meat and drink plus a dessert.
