    Eric Higgins to speak at Cagle

    A reunion of the descendants of Henry Miller and Martha Pickett Layne is planned for Saturday, September 15 at Mountain Valley Bank’s Summit Room (17114 Rankin Avenue, Dunlap). Doors open at 11:00 a.m., followed by gather and sign-in at 11:30, lunch at noon, and visitation from 12:45 to 2:00 p.m. Clean-up will be from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Families with last names ending in A-G are to bring a meat and drink for their families plus a fruit or salad dish; H-O can bring meat and drink plus appetizer or vegetable dish; P-Z can bring meat and drink plus a dessert.
