Drivers urged to be aware of possible black ice

Black ice, a transparent coating of ice displaying the color of the surface below, is a threat tonight, said Sequatchie County Emergency Management Director Winfred Smith.     CHI Memorial’s mobile health coach will provide mammography screenings at Healthforce Primary Care Clinic (16740 Rankin Avenue in Dunlap) on Wednesday, September 5 from 9:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Those with insurance must have their insurance card and a photo ID, such as a driver’s license. Insurance will be filed for you. Those without insurance may qualify for financial assistance. Women also need to know their doctor’s first and last name.
