Fires plaguing Cartwright area

Two accused of selling heroin

Two Sequatchie County women face drug-related charges after a search warrant was executed uncovered heroin and drug paraphernalia. Teresa Harvey, 51, and Tabitha Boyle, 30, were arrested on August 16. Boyle’s two young children were inside the home when law enforcement executed the search warrant on Snyder Loop.     Word of Life to celebrate 15 years

    American Legion Post 190 meets last Tuesday

    American Legion Post 190, Dunlap, holds its monthly meetings on the last Tuesday of each month. The executive committee meets at 5:00 p.m. and the general business meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the Legion Hall on Fredonia Road. All members are encouraged to attend. Any veteran interested in joining the American Legion or learning more about the organization and the benefits of membership is encouraged to attend a general business meeting.
