    The City of Dunlap’s 21st annual Christmas parade will be held Saturday, December 1 at 4:30 p.m. The parade will begin at the middle school and continue to Harris Park. Civic organizations, businesses, churches and ball teams are invited to participate. Line-up is at 3:30 p.m. between the middle school and Griffith Elementary.     A community yoga class is continuing at Dunlap United Methodist Church. The last class will be held Friday, December 7 from 4:45 to 6:00 p.m. The cost is a cash donation or food items for the Dunlap Food Bank. Specific items needed for the food bank include peanut butter, and one-pound bags of rice and dry pinto beans. The food bank cannot accept expired food items.TS49

    CHI Memorial’s mobile health coach will provide mammography screenings at Healthforce Primary Care Clinic in Dunlap on Friday, December 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Women with or without insurance can participate. For those with insurance, bring card and a photo ID, such as a driver’s license and insurance will be filed for you. Those without insurance may qualify for financial assistance. If an abnormality is discovered, the diagnostic work-up is covered and a financial plan is provided for any follow-up care. Women need to know their doctor’s first and last name. To schedule a screening, call 423-495-4040 or 866-591-2254. Walk-ons are welcome.
