Smoking, while oxygen in use, cited for residence fire

Smoking while utilizing oxygen from a breathing machine was determined to be the cause of a fire at a Cline Road residence on November 19, Dunlap Volunteer Fire Department (DVFD) Chief Norman Hatfield reported.
