Heroin arrests – use raises concern

Arrests of a father and son on heroin-related charges, along with the involvement of juveniles, are alarming to local law enforcement. Hee Haw shows return to SCHS auditorium

For decades, local volunteers have entertained audiences with the annual Hee-Haw fundraisers at Sequatchie County High School.     Re-Ed Center having reunion

      Former students, faculty and staff of The Children’s Re-Education Center (Re-Ed), later called Smallwood at Moccasin Bend in Chattanooga during 1968 and 1969, are invited to a 50-year reunion and gathering on October 6-7 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. The group will gather in the rear parking lot/playground area. Coffee, donuts and pastries will be provided. Everyone is asked to bring folding chairs and old pictures. In case of rain, event will be held October 13-14 at the same time.
