    Oct-09-17

Dinner with the Doctor on Monday, October 9 features the topic “Meet Your Second Brain-The Gut”. A person›s stomach or intestinal distress can be the cause or the product of anxiety, stress, or depression because the brain and the gastrointestinal (GI) system are intimately connected. This lecture by Dr. John McKeown, MD will help identify ways to ensure a healthy gut-brain connection. The evening begins with some stretching exercises with Dr. Diane Chung, DDS, and is followed by a delicious meal. Everything is free and everyone is welcome. The event will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Dunlap Adventist Christian School Gym, 105 Apache Lane. For more information, call 949-8211.
