McCarver receives Hatcher Award

Sequatchie County musician and community supporter Cody McCarver graciously received the Howard Hatcher Award at the annual Sequatchie County-Dunlap Chamber of Commerce dinner October 13. The award is named for Hatcher, a former Chamber director and longtime local volunteer in many efforts.
