Halloween fun planned for kids

The last couple of years, Scare on the Square at Harris Park has been a drive-through event due to health concerns. In 2022, the Scare, sponsored by Citizens Tri-County Bank along with churches, organizations, families, and businesses, returns to its original format with young spooks able to move from station to station gathering treats.
