Dog park grant awarded to City

A “social media blitz” and large response by local residents resulted in a grant for a dog park in Dunlap, Mayor Clint Huth reported. The City has not accepted the grant as of yet while details are being studied, but commissioners are expected to vote on acceptance soon. 

“I’ve never seen a grant like this; it was a unique approach,” Mayor Huth said.
