New banner signs welcome visitors to the City of Dunlap

New welcoming banner signs have been placed on Dunlap streetlights by City employees, hanging alongside American flags. At different times of the year, lampposts are decorated for events and organizations such as Valley Fest, Christmas, and showing support of Sequatchie County Schools.
