Soft lockdown lifted at schools

Soft lockdown at schools lifted: A soft lockdown, with doors locked from the outside but classes continuing as normal, has been lifted at Sequatchie County Schools. Police had been chasing an individual on foot in the area of the schools earlier Tuesday. The suspect is still at large but is no longer in the area of the schools, according to the Sequatchie County Sheriff’s Department.
