Kilgore gives thanks for family’s restoration

Looking back over the past few years, Amy Bowman Kilgore says there have been many changes in her family.

“As a child, the absolute anchor in my life was my grandmother, who raised me during the time of my life when I really needed her the most,” she said. “She was there for me during my parents’ divorce and many other trying times. She and my grandfather were the only stability I knew, the only bright spot in my dark childhood. With their deaths came a very confusing time for me and my life began spinning out of control.”
