OMNI Outreach connects individuals to new experiences

Around three of four years ago, a young man who had been in a wheelchair his whole life wanted to go deer hunting. Travis Smith, with OMNI Rehab in Dunlap and Pikeville, began working with the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency and eventually was able to take him on a special wheelchair hunt.
